Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. However, in the event of damage during postage or if the product does not fit your guitar properly (for frets or strummers), or if there are any other issues with the product’s functionality, we are happy to provide a replacement.

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, please review your color and shortening options (mech or silicone) before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing the order so that we can assist you.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or improper-fitting product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
